Platypus Cabin

It was perfectly adequate and good value for money Positive: It was a cute cottage. My grandson liked the ‘ships cabin’ bunk bedroom 🙂 Negative: The gravel road was a bit of a shock first time we did it but after that it was ok🙂

Do not book Platypus Cabin Positive: Location was nice and close to city Negative: There only animals were angry dogs and scared sad looking sheep and a couple of wallabies.It smelt like mold and cigarettes and was incredibly dirty. There was only half a roll of toilet paper doe 4 people for 2 nights. In checking out, police arrived to conduct a search warrant of the property.

Great location, amenities could be tidied up and modernised to make it bette Positive: The location and views are amazing!! Great value for the location!! Negative: The musty old ? Cigarette smell in room and too much overpowering air freshener to cover smell

Positive: value for money

Positive: Excellent price for facility provided, you wouldn't want 6 people in there though. Basic caravan cabin style, but is fully self contained with small kitchen, decent size fridge. Soap and shampoo etc provided. Sufficient parking for 2 cars. Only 15 mins from Hobart. Negative: Only Netflix available on TV. I did manage to cast from phone for other options. Eg 7plus. No salt and pepper, it did have cooking oil though.
